    <content type="html">Well for two days I have been successful at taking my pills and then moderating what I eat. Hopefully I will be able to do it more and more with each day and begin exercising even when tired. I mean I belong to a 24 hour gym. That use to be my dream now it is reality now I must use it.</content>

    <title>Starting</title>

    <content type="html">It is always hard to start dieting again. Part of me doesn't want to fall into the trap of being unhealthy again. But the other part of me wants to be thin. That is the part that wins. I don't want to be fat again. Plus I want to be able to reobtain the level of skating I use to be at. Currently I am 143lbs and goal one is 130 in one month.</content>
